Education Department Chaplaincy In Action’s Bylaws

Student Requirements

  1. Must be an active member of a Congregation.

  2. Must have 16 years old.

  3. Must have the Permission Letter signed from the Pastor.

  4. Submit the application form with the signature of the pastor with two portraits 2 x 2.

  5. Need to be able to comply with the Bylaws of the Seminar.

  6. Need to be able to pay the Registration Fees and books. Upon completion of the seminar you are responsible for covering the cost of the badge and uniform.

  7. Must send all assignments and exam at the exact date, to be able to receive the grades.

  8. To regularly attend classes; to be absent must present a valid excuse. Three consecutive Unexcused absences will be dropped. Three tardiness equals one absence.

(Does not apply to correspondence course) Rights and Privileges:

  1. Registration payment includes: 3 books, certificate and badge. You have the right to receive them being up to date with the payment of registration.

  2. After completing the studies successfully participate in graduation ceremonies, where you will received credential with your certificate and badge.

  3. Will receive proof of the payments (receipts)

  4. In cases of absences and excuses have justified, shall be entitled to replace exams, assignments or projects. *


Any student who has had an average of 3.70 - 4.00, during the length of study, will receive a medal of High Honor.

These students have the opportunity to be interviewed to choose one more outstanding for the big trophy. The interview will be taking into consideration his perfect attendance; accountability, participation and leadership. The student who has had an average of 3.50 - 3.69, will receive a medal of honor.

Any student who excels (during the study period), in attendance, leadership or overcoming receive a medal.
